David is a former Senior Assistant Deputy Minister and Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet in the federal Privy Council Office with over thirty years of experience briefing Prime Ministers, Ministers and Deputy Ministers. For over fifteen years, David has conducted countless training sessions across government departments and his training expertise is sought after by public sector organizations.
Theresa is a former senior executive with the Government of Canada who is often sought to review and recommend improvements to ministerial briefings, parliamentary affairs and correspondence services for government departments. She also delivers training to public servants at all levels and has been a sessional teacher at the University of Victoria's School of Public Administration.
Ted is a highly-experienced trainer who has worked extensively with Canada’s federal, provincial and municipal governments. He coaches public sector organizations in the areas of leadership development, legislative operations, cabinet decision-making, program enhancement and talent management and currently serves in a leadership position in a Public Administration postgraduate program in Toronto. Ted is also vice-president of the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA), an association of departments across Canada engaged in teaching public administration.
John has served governments at all levels in the area of performance measurement for over 35 years and is considered by many as one of Canada's foremost leaders in the field. He is also an instructor with the Schulich School of Business at York University, Carleton University as well as the University of Alberta.
